Pete Shaw, our good friend and the founder of our Quire, passed away on Wednesday 7th of August.
These words from our Conductor:
There would have been no Greenwood Quire without Pete. He was a major figure in music both nationally and locally and we were very fortunate to have his guidance. He was also a large and much loved personality and will be widely mourned and missed.
We welcome singers who would like to join us. Music and MP3s are easily available on our website and we produce a list of the music we will be singing at our next practice.
