Pete Shaw, our good friend and the founder of our Quire, passed away on Wednesday 7th of August 2024.
There would have been no Greenwood Quire without Pete. He was a major figure in music both nationally and locally and we were very fortunate to have his guidance. A much loved personality. His inclusive enthusiasm for folk and West Gallery music will be widely missed.
